MCM Jobe’s is taking extra precautions to keep our customers and employees safe. We have implemented new procedures to keep us up to date with CDC and agency guidelines. Our front counter and receiving area are wiped down and disinfected multiple times throughout the day. As part of our procedures, out technicians are wearing protective equipment, using seat covers, disinfecting key fobs, door handles, steering wheel, etc. We have a very open and airy facility and are practicing social distancing with very satisfactory results.
Although we have always offered shuttle service, and still do, we can now arrange for free pick up and delivery of your vehicle, if needed, in the city of Napa. Authorizations and payments can be arranged through email and phone conversations.
We also have early bird drop-off available. If you would feel more comfortable dropping off before or after hours, just give us a call or email and we will verify scheduling dates.
